Slow moving colon and liver may result in different types of health conditions, including fatigue, weight gain, constipation, depression, skin problems and more.

Liver Cleanse Recipe

This recipe needs to be administered following a lengthy schedule.

Here's what you need...

  • 4 tablespoon Epsom salt
  • 1 C. light olive oil
  • 15 pink grapefruits
  • 12 apples, and 3 lemons
  • Within 8 am -12 pm, you make a juice with 12 grapefruits and drink it in the specified time frame.

  • At 5:30 pm, drink slowly, one glass of water, mixed with 1 tbsp Epsom salt and 1 lemon squeezed in it. Best if you can make it icy cold water.
  • At 6 pm, you need to repeat the same thing once again.
  • At around 7:30 pm, make a juice with 3 grapefruits and mix it with 1 cup of olive oil, shake very well to blend thoroughly.
  • lemonNow drink it slowly at 8:00 pm. You need to lie down on your back with your head elevated. Better you do not move much and allow the oil to work in the liver.
  • In the next morning when you wake up, prepare a mixture with rest of the Epsom salt mixed with one glass of water and 1 lemon and drink it slowly.
  • Now repeat the same mixture within next 2 hours. You should not repeat this liver cleansing recipe within next 2 weeks.

Homemade Colon Cleansing Diet Recipe

When you are trying to restore your colon health, it is recommended that you eat only raw foods for 2 weeks , and then maintain a diet that consist of 50% raw foods such as raw vegetables and non-citrus fruit.

Keep your body hydrated by drinking at least 48-64 ounces of water daily. Dehydration can promote constipation and the hard stool can stay in your colon for weeks or even months causing various symptoms such as fatigue, headache, depression, etc.

Avoid processed food, sugar, and saturated fats. Avoid oils until you bowel function is back to normal. Limit the use of olive oil, canola oil, or fatty acid oils while doing the cleansing diet. Avoid dairy products, which can create mucus in the colon.

When you wake up and before you go to bed, drink a glass of warm water mixed with the juice of 1 lemon -- this cleanses your bloodstream and detoxifies your system.

Every morning, drink apple or carrot juice, 'green drinks', or fresh papaya or pineapple juice, and take a brisk walk.

Make the following recipe for colon cleansing and drink it once a day until the colon is clean and not foul smelling.

  • Mix 1/2 cup steam-distilled water with...
  • 1 tbsp bentonite
  • 1 tsp psyllium seed
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice
  • 1/2 cup aloe vera juice
Take fiber supplement daily such as psyllium seed mixed in water or juice. Avoid fiber supplement in capsule or pill form.

Although no adverse side effects have been reported while using these colon and liver cleanse recipes, you still need to consult with your liver and colon specialists before employing any colon and liver cleansing programs in order to ensure safe execution of the cleansing methods.
