What happens if you simply love eating fattening foods? You will probably go from small to obese in your lifetime. Let's get right to it. Here is the list of the most fattening foods in America.

The Big Texan

The Big Texan Steak Ranch is one of the best known steak houses in the world and this giant steak is definitely world renowned. This enormous piece of meat is 72 ounces! Texans do things big! Turducken

What in the world is this? Don't you recognize turkey, duck and chicken? Did you think these were low in calories? Turducken is just a hollowed out turkey. Within this turkey you stuff a hollowed out duck. This has a hollowed out chicken and now you must squeeze some pork sausage in the mix to bring it all together. Now take the huge mound of skin fat and deep fry the entire thing. Can you guess how many calories this thing has? Without any gravy, a piece of this is 3,500 calories and 214 fat grams.

Hardee's Monster Thick Burger

Let's describe this little baby. There are two huge patties that are each 1/3 of a pound. Then 4 large pieces of bacon are added as well as 3 slices of processed cheese. Now everything is put in a bun with lots of mayonnaise, and to top it all off the bun is buttered you are now looking at 1,420 calories and 107 fat grams!

Poutine - This Originated from Canada

Begin with a plate of French fries. Now a healthy handful of cheese curds are added and all of this is covered with a generous amount of gravy. Now to complete this, is usually a burger along with a soft drink. This really makes the calories mount up! This amounts to 1,300 calories along with 72 grams of fat.

Carl's Jr. - Taco Salad

Whether it's Carl's or Taco Bell's All Taco Salad, it is basically made the same. You would think that this would be nutritious to eat, right? Well, it packs in 940 calories as well as 29 fat grams.

Voodoo Doughnut

This is absolutely the craziest donut on this earth. It is covered in Cocoa Puffs and Cap'n Crunch cereal and dusted with Tang. We can't forget to add bacon on top for pork lovers. Since Voodoo is not a national chain, there are really no calorie and fat count we can give you. However, you know by just the ingredients the calorie and fat count will be high.

Hardee's Monster Biscuit

This monster biscuit start with a buttered biscuit, three strips of bacon, a full size sausage biscuit, shaved ham, some folded ham and then topped with two slices of sliced cheese. Here you can start off your day with 710 calories along with 51 grams of fat.

Chocolate Cake

Many of us so love chocolate cake for dessert, but The Cheesecake Factory and Outback Steak House usually do not publish nutritional information about their menu. One good rule of thumb is if you do not know how bad it is for you, then stay away from it!
