Finally, someone listened to the thousands of people with Celiac Disease and made gluten free fast food. Too frequently, people with celiac disease feel they can’t eat at a fast food restaurant because everything seems to be on a bun or wheat based wrap.
Some fast food chains make their fries from potatoes with no sprinkling of special magic dust that cause distress to those with Celiac disease.
For instance, In-N-Out washes, peels and cooks the potatoes right before they serve them and know exactly what is on the potato, nothing but pure potato juice. There’s no second guessing from the staff.

Protein style means they wrap the burger in lettuce instead of putting it on a bun. Carl’s Jr. also has The Six Dollar Lo Carb Burger that comes ready to eat for those who have gluten intolerance.
You can request burgers without buns and the grilled chicken sandwich, sans the bun, at Wendy’s to have a gluten free meal.
