In the simplest terms, natural organic food is food that has been grown all natural, without the use of non-organic fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals.

ago organically grown produce made up less than one percent of the grocery
business in North America, today a large majority of people are buying natural

chemicals. Where to Look If you want to start eating natural organic food but are not sure where to go,
you should know that your local supermarkets should all carry at least a
remotely decent selection. However, if you can’t seem to find what you are
looking for here, you should check out health food stores in your area or the
farmers market or specialty organics stores where there will be more of a
selection of natural organic food to choose from. If you are still stuck on conventional food and not sure if you want to make the switch, the best idea is for you to start introducing organic foods slowly into your diet. For instance the next time you go out to get strawberries or pasta, make sure that you get it organic.
